Kelly Services Global Manager - Health Economics & Access in Irvine, California

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Global Manager - Health Economics and Access for a long-term engagement in Irvine, CA with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Global Manager Health Economics & Access

Overall Responsibilities:

Support the execution of strategies that integrate Value & Access solutions to increase market access and accelerate adoption of our client’s products in a global value-based healthcare market. The position supports solutions across all stages of the product lifecycle, working with multiple cross-functional partners including Global Strategic Marketing, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, and Global Training. The position has both global and regional responsibilities.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Value & Access team is a key driver of business growth. The position will support execution of strategies that drive commercial success of our products through all customer channels, demonstrating the value and efficiency of our innovative portfolio using clinical and economic evidence.

  • Support the development and catalog of value-based assets including value briefs and economic models;

  • Lead the asset review process including new submissions, annual updates and reference annotation processes;

  • Manage asset training and dissemination schedules;

  • Support key global and regional metric analysis and reporting;

  • Support development, approval and dissemination of economic claims;

  • Manage communication through social media channels, client website and collaborative opportunities with cross-functional partners;

  • Support gathering of critical voice of customer (VOC) from internal stakeholders to shape value messages, tools and dissemination strategies;

  • Contribute to reimbursement reports and billing/coding guide updates;

  • Coordinate approval of master service agreements, statements of work, purchase orders and other contracts with third-party consultants/vendors;

  • Contribute to RWE, economic models and value creation projects;

  • And stay abreast of key market, reimbursement and market access trends and their impact to client portfolio of products.

Functional And Technical Competencies:

  • The successful candidate will have a background in evidence-based medicine, evidence dissemination, health economics, market access, public health or health policy and a track record of success.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research or healthcare related field preferred. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device, pharma or consulting business with a public or commercial payer and/or academia. Global experience highly desirable. Experience in ophthalmology a plus.
