Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inspector/Packer to join our team. You will be responsible for visually inspecting inserts for defects, sorting defects from orders, documenting order counts, and packing satisfactory parts for shipping.

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: La Vergne, TN

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

• Shift: 1 st Shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect inserts for defects

• Sort defects from orders

• Confirm count of orders and properly document on order card

• Use ERP system to log order information digitally

• Pack satisfactory parts for shipping

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must adhere to all safety standards

• Must be able to visually inspect with the use of a microscope

• Must be able to adhere to documented quality standards

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Prior experience in quality inspection, including using measuring devices, is preferred
