¿Cómo es un día típico como profesional de entrada de datos? Estarás:

• Brindando apoyo directo a varios departamentos procesando datos financieros y actualizando y recopilando datos por lotes en el sistema informatizado.

• Operando la computadora e impresora y procesando informes solicitados.

• Preparando informes mensuales.

• Ingresando datos en los sistemas de Cuentas por Pagar, Cuentas por Cobrar, Campaña y Mayor General.

• Ingresando datos en el sistema relacionados con la contabilidad

• Imprimiendo y distribuyendo informes de manera regular o según sea necesario.

• Manteniendo un archivo de todos los documentos procesados a través del sistema informatizado.

• Asegurando el correcto funcionamiento del sistema y reportando cualquier problema encontrado.

• Manteniendo archivos de control del sistema financiero y de campaña.

• Realizando otras funciones relacionadas según sea necesario.

Este trabajo podría ser perfecto para ti si:

• Tienes la capacidad de seguir instrucciones verbalmente y por escrito.

• Tienes conocimientos de computadoras personales, impresoras y sistemas operativos.

• Tienes conocimientos avanzados de sistemas operativos o programas de computadora como RPG, Words, Excel, Windows, DOS, Power Point, entre otros.

• Tienes un título en Ciencias de la Computación o equivalente obtenido de una universidad acreditada.

• Tienes conocimientos básicos de procedimientos y principios de oficina.

• Tienes habilidades en los idiomas español e inglés.

• Tienes al menos un año de experiencia como profesional de entrada de datos.
