Kelly Services Regional Sales Representative in Abbotsford, Canada

Job Summary

Our clients are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Representative for their Abbotsford location. This role will work closely with clients and internal resources to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate 5 or more years of experience in the sales of overhead door hardware and related components or other related construction industry experience at the OEM supplier level. You have extensive knowledge of the overhead door market, both locally and in western North America. You also have an analytical nature and understand the relationship between costs and selling price of manufactured items. You have strong but principled negotiating skills and are confident in your ability to make the most of sophisticated software tools available to manage customer relationships and information.

  • Outgoing and self-motivated. Able to identify what needs to be done, anticipate challenges and react in a timely manner.

  • An analytical nature and understanding of costing and pricing of manufactured products

  • Ability to manage the fine details.

  • Being a team player focused on culture and collaboration with others

  • Strong software skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiar with ERP and CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes (North America and Europe)

In addition to the above, you need to be highly organized, comfortable working with deadlines and recognize the importance of customer service.
