We are seeking a motivated Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join our MSP program for one of our clients in EMEA. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and can be based anywhere in Europe.

The successful candidate will independently facilitate the hiring process and order management of temporary employees to our client using an e-procurement tool. You are the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, and you proactively manage the requirements and relationship. In addition to the daily work, you will be responsible for driving projects and implementing process and technology improvement. This requires working closely with our stakeholders and understanding their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing process – CV-screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, ensure compliance to supplier agreements, onboarding of workers.

  • Ensure documentation and administration is completed in a timely fashion.

  • Ensure KPI and SLA objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to drive projects and implement process- and technology improvements.

  • Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide/implement appropriate solutions.

Escalate as appropriate.

  • Build customer and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up and maintaining contact and ongoing communication.

  • Collaborate and support your colleagues when and where needed.

Minimum requirements of experience and education:

  • HR/Staffing: More than 2-year experience in Recruiting, Technology Customer Service or Service Support.

  • Relevant education preferred bachelor’s degree.

  • Understanding of temp labor law is mandatory.

  • English and Dutch language in written and spoken is mandatory.

  • Experience from some workforce models; MSP (Managed Service Program), SOW (Statement of Work) Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is beneficial.

  • Willingness to travel at least once a week to client sites, across the Netherlands.

Skills:

  • Familiar with Web-based/Vendor Management System (example VMS: Fieldglass).

  • Fast and efficient in the job.

  • Strong administrative skills.

  • Operational knowledge of Collective Labor Agreements

  • Tax authority knowledge related to independent contractors

  • Temporary worker contract types and labor knowledge

  • ABU and NBBU knowledge

Interpersonal and Communication Skills:

  • Effective communication that is spoken, written and includes listening.

  • Customer service approach, able to guide clients and suppliers, consultative interactions, can manage difficult conversation.

  • Proactive follow up with managers, suppliers, and tasks.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships.
