• Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. You must be able to work one Saturday per month

• $19hr, Temp to Hire

What’s a typical day as an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR)? You’ll be :

• Answering all incoming calls and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

• Actively listening to our clients and providing assistance over the phone.

• Promptly scheduling service calls to ensure smooth operations.

• Building rapport with customers and making them feel heard and understood.

• Upholding the company's reputation for excellent service.
