Kelly Services Operations Manager in Antwerp, Belgium
Location:- Virtual in either France, United Kingdom, Germany or Belgium
We are selling an Operations Manager for the EMEA region, running one of our major MSP programs. This position will have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the MSP program in EMEA. The scope of this function will include managing the service delivery in EMEA
What you will be doing for us?
You will play a major role in developing the culture of the program to ensure it remains customer-focused and driven by “best in class” processes and metrics.
You will manage the implementation and execution of service delivery processes including program plans, budgets, and work breakdown structure
You will utilise the Shared Service Center and other suppliers as appropriate to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of all services provided
You will manage and motivates a team of employees to perform at exceptional levels through defining clear expectations, delegation, training, empowerment, coaching, recognition, corrective action, career development; creating an environment in which employees can achieve their full potential
You will monitor the achievement of program goals and SLAs, financial performance, service delivery, recruiting and retention, business retention, business growth
You will develop process enhancements and efficiencies to continuously improve customer service while reducing the cost of services
You will be a key member of the management team, carrying out additional responsibilities and leading projects that promote best practice sharing
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience, preferably in Stakeholder Management/Influencing
Strong experience in the staffing industry, ideally with Managed Service Provider (MSP), or other outsourcing /consulting related field.
Ability to work effectively in a fact paced, evolving team environment.
Ability to multi-task while prioritizing and effectively managing multiple concurrent projects.
Proficient in developing high level relationships with internal and external customers.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and listening) with the ability to conduct, develop, and deliver presentations to Senior Management.
Create and foster a team environment; train and/or mentor new team members.
Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and problem solving skills.
The position will require travel to customer sites as required.
English language is essential and either French or German language skills would be preferred
