What’s a typical day as a Patient Services Representative - Phone Room? You’ll be:

• Providing excellent customer service to patients and coworkers

• Operating a multi-line telephone system to connect interoffice and house calls

• Scheduling appointments

• Registering patients when they call in for appointments

• Retrieving insurance information

• Assisting with other duties as assigned
