Set Building Operator/ Assembler – Bridgewater, MA

Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Set Operator/ Assembler at one of our Global clients in Bridgewater, MA. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO

Hours: M-F first shift

Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Job Description: We are currently seeking a meticulous and adaptable Set Building Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role involves assembling Trauma Sets, which comprise smaller screws and instruments, and meticulously placing them into designated trays in accordance with a specific shadow board layout. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our Trauma sets are accurately and efficiently prepared, meeting the high standards required for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assemble Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout.

  • Diligently match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail.

  • Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards.

  • Utilize computer systems to log, track, and verify parts and assembled sets.

  • Actively participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with smaller components and demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.

  • Experience specifically with assembling small screws and building sets is highly desirable.

  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and processing information.

  • A strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks or areas within the warehouse as required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
