Kelly Services Bilingual Customer Service in Cambridge, Ontario
Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full time perm Bilingual Customer Service based in Cambridge, Ontario
Monday to Friday: Onsite role
Some specific tasks this role is responsible for include:
Answering questions from customers in multiple business channels such as computer, telephone, and face to face
Answering questions regarding in-house orders, pricing, product availability, expediting and taking orders over the phone
Providing information on products and services including answering technical questions
Providing technical support on full product lines
Providing internal support to other departments as needed
About you:
French / English bilingual fluency required (read / write/ speak)
Must be a team player with a positive and professional attitude
1 -2 years of experience in a similar call centre role providing customer service in a technical field
strong experience using various technology platforms or comfortable learning new systems
Strong proficiency in data entry speed and accuracy
Detail oriented
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Excellent problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communications
Mechanical aptitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Experience in the Water Treatment Industry and ERP software applications an asset.
Plumbing / heating or related technical field an asset.
About the work environment:
This position works in a standard office space within a warehouse environment. Can be subject to temperature fluctuations (heat / cold), noise and dust
This position will require concentration and focus to ensure accuracy of information.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
Extra hours may be required from time to time to ensure deadlines are met.
