Pay Rate: $25-30/hr; based on experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time

What’s a typical day as an Machine Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing technical knowledge and diagnostic tools.

• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including lubrication, calibration, and inspection of machinery.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and reliability.

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory records.

• Communicate with direct supervisor of any issues or of a priority needing immediate attention.

• Any other functions and responsibilities needed by direct supervisor.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Must have 4+ years machine operation maintenance experience; CNC Machining highly preferred.

• Able to troubleshoot issues and plan preventative measures as needed.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Self-starter and comfortable working independently.

• Can multitask and adjust to changing priorities.

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
