What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician III? You’ll be:

• Responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of all production and other equipment in the facility

• Performing preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration with minimal downtime

• Installing, modifying, setting up, and qualifying new or relocated equipment

• Providing technical support by accessing, maintaining, and acquiring data using computers and/or machine interfaces

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical data

• Supporting projects by suggesting areas of potential efficiency improvement and generating documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience working nights and 12-hour shifts

• Have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical setting

• Possess strong skills in equipment qualifications, PMs, and calibration

• Have electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repair skills

• Are familiar with clean rooms, CNC machining, HAAS mills, automation, label printers, sealing devices, HVAC, and boiler rooms

• Have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel

• Demonstrate strong follow-up and communication skills, both verbal and written
