Compensation: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; Overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time, Contact-to-Hire, Remote

What’s a typical day as a Professional Services Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Coordinating with customers and engineers to schedule work orders in a timely manner.

• Keeping Professional Service Engineers (PSEs) fully utilized by dispatching work orders within a geographic area.

• Driving installation/service delivery commitments to the customer.

• Responding to customer issues and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of order status within the order tracking tool.

• Providing white glove presentations to end-users.

• Managing multiple email inboxes across both Microsoft and Google platforms.

• Updating internal and external programs and databases with accurate information.

• Serving as a key point of contact for coordinating service and installation projects.

• Effectively managing the Backlog report by efficiently following up with customers and ensuring work schedules are completed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are comfortable with both Microsoft and Google platforms.

• Have familiarity with Salesforce and its concepts.

• Excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, multi-faceted setting.

• Have thorough knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in the area of professional expertise.

• Are competent in all job functions and have a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.

• Can develop solutions to a wide variety of problems and work on projects requiring evaluation and analysis.

• Are able to work independently, using judgment and discretion.

• Interact well with management and professionals within the department and other parts of the organization.

• Can represent the department externally on projects or with clients.
