Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a local non-profit service provider to the elderly. Primary duties include:

Answering phones and greeting visitors.

Directing calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Maintaining general company record systems to uphold accurate files.

Composing letters, memos and emails.

Performing administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.


The skills required to be successful in this role include:

Professional demeanor and attitude

Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality

Familiarity with office organization techniques

Capable of multitasking; strong time management

Well-organized, detail-oriented

Strong writing ability

Excellent verbal communication

Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office

Past secretarial experience preferred
