Create Job Packages

Job packages are created as a communication tool. This package is handed off to the person doing the work to gain a clear understanding of the tasks to be performed. All pertinent information is included in the job package. Upon completion of the job, the person doing the work will fill out the appropriate documentation and return the package. Note: The Planner should close the loop and respond either with a Job Audit Form or verbally to let the Client work person know their comments have been received. Not all items listed in the complete job package link are applicable to every job package. A checklist is included in the job package with the details of the contents. This enables an auditor to easily see what the package contents are. Random audits are conducted by the individual MAC’s for job package quality and the feedback is given to the Planner for that area.
