My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill a Technical Recruiter I position in Downers Grove, IL I have attached the details of the opportunity below:
Please note: this position can also be worked in Downtown Chicago if the candidate pleases.
Duration: 5+ months
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/HOUR
This position is responsible for providing qualified candidates to hiring managers across the Information Technology divisions within the corporation to fill all level open positions; screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates to management; working with internal/external candidates to fill positions as well as ensure consistency with corporate AAP/EEO goals; working with hiring managers to create job specifications and descriptions as well as leverage various resources to source qualified candidates to fill positions; utilizing job boards, print advertising, job fairs, employee referrals etc.; collaborating with hiring managers to develop external sourcing strategy; responsible for all metrics and reports as they relate to staffing efforts as well as work to ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies; and utilizing knowledge of the marketplace and how the organization fits within that market.
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years Technology recruitment experience OR 5 years Technology recruitment
5 years of experience utilizing multiple forms of candidate sourcing including: internet job board sourcing, internet job posting, social media such as Linkedin, candidate database sourcing, referrals, career fairs and user groups;
Planning and project management team experience;
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Relationship building and networking skills;
Experience with one or more Applicant tracking systems;
Must have thorough understanding of Information Technology as it relates to technical staffing within a large-scale corporation.
Strong communication and Presentation skills.
Technical recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment;
Experience specifically in Project Management and Application development area
Experience with PeopleSoft/ Oracle applications or similar applications;
Experience in the Health Care industry;
Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations;
Proficient is Microsoft tools;
Technical talent sourcing or recruiting experience;
Project based work experience
