Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Contract Administrator for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Elizabethtown, KY.
Job Summary:
The Contract Administrator acts as the focal point for job specific contractor requirements in the areas of health, safety, environment, contract terms and conditions, Client Policies and procedures. They monitor day to day performance of Suppliers with regards to contractual agreements, resolves quality, payment issues, and personnel issues. The Contract Administrator is the liaison between the contract company and the Client Job representative.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the Client Representative for a specific contract
Acts as the Client primary contact for execution of the contract and the owner’s representative for all contract issues.
Ensures consistent management of contractors across the site with respect to policy and procedures.
Has access to Contracts Terms and Conditions/pricing.
Verify On-boards and off boards of select contractors
Vendor code
Correct Cost center/manager alignment
Computer access
System access
Badge access
Verifies contractor supplier is approved in the site access database
EHS requirements met.
Hold Harmless agreements in place.
Participates in Pre-Job meetings with contractors to go over specifics of requirements to work on site and specifics of jobs being brought on site
Participates in Contractor RCI’s
Ensures thorough investigation and action items will prevent reoccurrence (OSHA’s, First Aids, Precautionaries, MVA’s, Near Miss, etc).
Investigates QSPP’s
Assigned in the system (both positive and negative) and drives resolution of each.
Reviews KPIs with “major” nested contractor companies

Performs periodic assessments of other contract companies as warranted

Monitors Contractor Headcount
Weekly Headcount reports.
Monthly Headcount reports.
Approves all additions and reductions select contractors.
Address/resolve issues contractor companies may have with Client
Approves SES (Service Entry Sheets) in SAP for select contractors
Responsible for resolution of billing issues
Both on Client and contractor side.
Associated CATS, TRACK, Spot and Framework PO’s, PM orders.
Procurement
Provide technical input to Procurement for Client/Contractor negotiations.
Work with Procurement on contractual terms and conditions.
Work with Procurement on service level evaluations.
Be involved in contract or service level agreement discussions.
Look for ways to optimize or aggregate services to reduce cost.
