Kelly Services Bookkeeper in Flanders, New Jersey

Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant- $20-$22/hour - Direct Hire w/Benefits!

8:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday

Position Summary

The main responsibilities for this role will be more than just bookkeeping. The perfect candidate will be proficient in accounting but be organized.

Responsibilities

Run Quickbooks (Desk Top) in all aspects

Produce Monthly / Quarterly/ Yearly reports on earnings, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Accurately order parts and materials from vendors while accurately entering the costs .

Position Requirements

Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience 1-2 Years Required

HS Diploma or equivalent (2 year degree preferred)

Excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of ERP software is a plus

Knowledge of google docs

Position may require less than 5% travel between locations periodically.
