Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Georgetown, Texas

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available: 1st Shift (7 AM - 3 PM)

The Position:

We are on the lookout for Production Associates to be the cornerstone of our production team. This role is crucial as it marks the beginning of our production process, handling our products straight out of the press. This position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in manufacturing or those seeking a new challenge in a thriving industry. No prior experience is required—we provide all the necessary training for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts for any defects thoroughly.

• Communicate production and quality issues during team meetings.

• Accurately record scrap and other relevant data as per instructions.

• Ensure products are correctly placed for packaging and shipping.

• Follow all safety procedures as per internal and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Ready to learn with or without prior experience.

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 35lbs), and reaching.

• Comfortable working in an environment with moving machinery, occasional heat, vibration, and moderate noise levels.

• Must be dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

• Steel Toe Boots or Shoes are required
