• $25/hour

Shifts Available:

• Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3 days remote/home office (Will need to work at the office every day during the first 4-6 weeks of introductory training).

• Option to work in the office everyday, if preferred

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Specialist? You’ll be:

• Providing quotes and information about products

• Managing heavy order entry and daily order management

• Researching, responding, and issuing customer complaints and credits

• Expediting urgent orders

• Preparing and manipulating reports

• Communicating with a large volume of people inside and outside the organization

• Utilizing Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of the ERP system, SAP
