Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

  • Day Shift: 6:45am-7:00pm, $17.00

  • Night Shift: 6:45pm-7:00am, $19.00

  • Currently on OT

Week Work Cycle: 2/2/3 Program

  • Example work schedule:

Week 1: 2 Days on, 2 days off, 3 Days on (48 hours)

Week 2: 2 Days off, 2 Days on, 3 Days off (36 hours)

What’s a typical day as an Operator? You’ll be:

• Performing the duties of the Operator position, including visually monitoring the molding process, removing molded parts from injection molding machines, and performing inspections on parts and packaging.

• Lifting and carrying totes and boxes, packing finished product in boxes, and affixing shipping labels.

• Verifying line clearances and applicable documentation at assigned machine.

• Changing materials at the machine and stocking materials.

• Working in concert with the Shift Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient production.

• Reading, comprehending, and maintaining operating policies and procedures, as well as complying with FDA, OSHA, and other governmental agency requirements.

• Reading and comprehending specifications, blueprints, instructions, and written procedures.

• Supporting all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.

• Performing other responsibilities as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 6 months of experience in a manufacturing, preferred Health Care Industry

• Have familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and current Work Instructions and Product Specifications.

• Are able to lift bags equal to or under 5 pounds.

• Are able to stand for long periods of time.

• Have the ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Have experience using scales, tape guns, machines, hand trucks, digital calipers, digital micrometers, and basic measurement devices.

• Are proficient with the use of computers, including SAP, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
