Kelly Services Accounts Payable - Accounting Assistant in Hogansville, Georgia

Location: Hogansville, GA

Direct hire

Onsite 5 days per week

Salary $60k-$65k range plus excellent benefits and growth opportunities

Exciting opportunity for Accounts Payable Coordinator/Specialist to join expanding company in automotive industry in Hogansville, GA

Focused on processing and monitoring accounts payable.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage expense and material supplier payments, including all related actions such as credit card payments, aging reports, supplier communications, and error corrections.

  • Create accounts payable (AP) vouchers with or without purchase orders.

  • Oversee monthly accounting close processes, including monitoring AP cut-offs, handling expense accruals, cost allocation, account reconciliations, and fixed assets-related AP support.

  • Train related teams on payable processes and voucher creation.

  • Support annual financial statement audits by compiling necessary audit schedules.

  • Generate required monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Manage UPS/FedEx/DHL accounts and associated accounts payable.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred but not required.

  • Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

  • Ability to handle large amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with SAP or similar accounting software.

  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

  • SAP experience is preferred.
