Excellent Temp to hire opportunity for an Experienced Accountant

Starting pay $70-80K

10% end of year bonus/ Vacation and Holiday pay as well as pay funding of insurance.

Work in the downtown Houston area

What are the job duties?

• Guides accounting staff in following proper procedures and guidelines

• Cost accounting and preparing Pro Forma financial reports

• Maintains financial security

• Prepare financial reports and cost proposals

• Financial database management

• Other financial duties as assigned

What is required?

• U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency is a requirement.

• Bachelor s degree or higher in accounting, finance or related field

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in government accounting preferred

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• Must be comfortable working around Law Enforcement/ Entrance through Metal Detectors as you are working in a Federal Building
