Quality Assurance Supervisor-
Summary: This position is responsible for supervising the Quality Assurance Team.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will be accountable for the company's Quality Management System QMS , quality oversight of operations, working directly with Clients to support their needs, supporting and participating in Client audits, identifying appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPA , and conducting and scheduling training activities
We are looking for a team- oriented leader who will help prioritize workloads and projects to ensure effective and efficient completion of quality department objectives
Personnel performance evaluations
Someone who will actively engage on the floor quality activities in support of Warehouse/Operations and/or labeling activities
Collaborate with Senior Management to establish and monitor key performance indicators KPIs for Quality personnel
Ensuring the Quality Department maintains a perpetual inspection ready, by strategically planning validation/calibration activities
Supporting Client audits and serving as a back-up to the Director, Quality Assurance
Provide support as needed during regulatory inspections and audits
Write investigations related to system failures, damaged product, etc.
Support and maintain the QMS to include Standard Operating Procedures SOPs , Policies, Training Courses. etc.
Develops and implements Batch Records BR for manufacturing and Quality projects
BS or BA degree required, degree major preference in life sciences, physical sciences, engineering, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of supervisory and/or management experience and 5 years of quality experience in pharmaceutical, biotech
Logistics, cold storage, and packaging experience helpful
