Position Title: Medical Device Assembler

1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

Pay Rate: $24 Hourly

Job Description:

Medical device assemblers are responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing medical devices according to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience performing assembly tasks under a microscope.

• Microscopic Assembly: Execute precise assembly tasks while working under a microscope, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

• Assembling Components : Following detailed instructions and diagrams. Medical device assemblers assemble various components of medical devices, ensuring precision and accuracy in each step of the assembly process.

• Adherence to Regulations : Adhering to strict regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the manufacturing of medical devices, such as ISO standards and FDA regulations. This includes following proper procedures for handling and disposing of materials and components.

• Safety and Cleanliness : Ensuring a clean and safe work environment by following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and contamination.

• Clean Room Environment : Candidates must be comfortable working in a clean room environment and adhere to proper gowning procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination during assembly processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
