Promotional Integrity Coordinator

Summary

The Promotional Integrity Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the general management of the copy clearance process for promotional assets across the organization. This will be accomplished by partnering with our internal and external stakeholders and working within our internal copy approval system to traffic & monitor submissions through their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening of copy clearance submissions in a timely manner for completeness and compliance with processes and standards (35%)

• Respond to routine inquiries and provide appropriate and accurate guidance regarding copy clearance processes (25%)

• Review final submissions in a timely manner to ensure required changes were made and submissions comply with procedures (20%)

• Manage multiple submissions simultaneously across several stakeholder groups and follow-up with stakeholder to ensure timelines are met for their respective tasks (15%)

• Moderate weekly copy clearance meetings (5%)

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience required

• Business experience (5+ years) required with 3+ years in a regulated industry strongly preferred

• Copy clearance / promotional material review within regulated environment preferred

• Project management experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required

• Ability to work independently, as well as a in a team environment required

• Experience making decisions independently

• Strong problem solving and resolution skills

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills; ability to work with a variety of people across different departments in a proactive fashion

• Ability to establish priorities independently based on workload and stakeholder engagement

• Quick learner, easily absorb new processes and technology

• Keen attention to detail

• Continuous improvement mindset
