As a Warehouse Supervisor at our company, you will play a crucial role in our Operations Teams by overseeing the shipping, receiving, restocking, and transportation of products in our Largo, FL location. You will contribute to the production of products that help control and monitor one of the world's most valuable and limited resources - Water. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, you will ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly and effectively.

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Location: Largo, FL

• Pay Rate: $17.00

• Shift: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform warehouse duties within the defined training plan for Shipping and Receiving, following work instructions.

• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and prepare materials in job kits for the production floor.

• Ship out finished products and work directly with various freight carriers.

• Operate forklifts and utilize our warehouse department ERP system after receiving training.

• Collaborate with on-site and remote departments within the company.

• Maintain a clean and air-conditioned facility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, including knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems.

• Willingness to learn and be trained in various warehouse operations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
