Injection Molding Technician

Location: Lodi, CA

Pay Rate: $27-$28/hr.

Schedule: Day shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (Based on performance & business needs)

Overview:

Kelly Engineering is seeking a dedicated and skilled Injection Molding Technician for our client in Lodi, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach who enjoys working collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machines and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to perform daily tasks and projects.

• Work on and operate injection molding machines.

• Hang and install molds as required.

• Assist in troubleshooting processes with guidance from the hiring manager.

• Perform daily 5S activities to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.

• Audit 5S activities conducted by engineers.

• Support and tag along with a process engineer.

• Participate in provided training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Hands-on experience with injection molding machines is preferred.

• Ability to hang and install molds.

• Basic troubleshooting skills; additional guidance and training will be provided.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
