Pay Rate: $26-30/hr

Schedule: 2nd shift, 7pm-3:45am

What’s a typical day as a Production Control Associate? You’ll be:

• Establish strong team member relations, at all levels and provide support for people development, coaching, and mentoring with a focus on teamwork and inclusion

• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and internal logistics conveyance areas to ensure on-time delivery of parts to production

• Monitor and evaluate domestic and international supplier performance

• Daily monitoring of component parts flow and adjusting inventory levels to achieve appropriate inventory levels on the Shop floor, identifying and acting on abnormalities within the supply chain

• Crisis management and coordination with all internal and external supply chain stakeholders

• Lead problem solving efforts to countermeasure and mitigate impact of abnormal supply chain conditions

• Support new model launches and shutdown coordination activities

• Contribute to and support annual business plans and strategies to support manufacturing priorities

• Support change point management activities impacting production and production systems

• Required to work night(2nd) shift. Start time could change with adequate notification.

• Be available to work daily overtime (up to 2hrs/day).

• Be available to work outside of normal work schedule, including but not limited to weekends,
