Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $18 - $19

1st shift 6am - 8am start - end 3pm - 5pm

What’s a typical day as a Shipping & Receiving professional? You’ll be:

• Performing daily procedures to ship all available products correctly and in a timely fashion

• Reviewing invoice/packing list, pulling and picking required product, and ensuring product and accessory items are correct and match the invoice/packing list

• Utilizing UPS/Fedex/DHL software for shipments

• Receiving all packages coming into the facility and visually inspecting them for damage or acceptability

• Documenting receipts into excel or ERP system

• Coordinating with procurement on purchase order discrepancies

• Performing quality control checks for all products shipped, received, and packaged

• Maintaining a clean work area and meeting required job metrics

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED

• Have a minimum of 6-12 months shipping, receiving, and inventory control knowledge

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and basic shipping software

• Have efficient data entry skills

• Are well organized and have a high attention to detail

• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Are a highly motivated self-starter

• Have the ability to interact well with others, both internal and external departments

• Have the ability to adjust daily tasks to meet department demands
