At Kelly®, we’re seeking a Shipping Clerk professional to work at a premier client in Marietta, GA.

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:00pm

Shipping Clerk professional:

• Printing pick tickets and accurately processing all domestic and export outbound shipments of packaged products, samples, equipment, and miscellaneous items

• Ensuring bill of lading for all shipments has correct DOT shipping names, quantity, batch number, and freight classifications

• Collaborating and communicating with Logistics Personnel, Operations, Customer Service Representative, Service providers, and all others involved in the shipment material

• Working with RXO Load Planners with shipment scheduling, changes, and carrier status updates

• Managing and archiving shipment and office files

• Handling boxes up to 50 pounds

• Packaging and processing FedEx outbound shipments

• Obtaining and maintaining DOT Transportation Safety Regulation, Hazmat, and IATA certification and training for air shipments

• Responsible for inventorying and maintaining shipping operational supplies

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have good written and verbal communication skills

• Are able to work independently and within a team

• Have problem-solving and analytical skills

• Pay attention to detail and have strong organizational skills

• Have experience with administrative software, such as Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams

• Have experience in SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management

• Have data entry and clerical experience working in an office and warehouse setting

• Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Have 1 year of logistics and/or customer service support experience

• Have 1 year of experience in SAP Inventory Management

• Have knowledge of warehouse management operations and systems

• Have knowledge of DOT Regulation

• Have data entry and clerical experience working in an office and warehouse setting
