Kelly Services Project Administrator - Construction in Middlesex, New Jersey

Exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Administrator/Coordinator to join my clients growing staff.

Must have experience within the Construction field or similar field working Purchase orders, Proposals and Billing.

Construction Project Administrator – Coordinator

Direct hire or Temp to Hire

Salary $90-$95K per year

Onsite 5 days a week

Middlesex, New Jersey 08846

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating Purchase Orders

  • Send documents to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • Create and maintain master subcontractor agreements.

  • Prepare job-specific permits.

  • Handle monthly billing for jobs and communicate with accounting.

  • Process invoices.

  • Manage annual re-qualification for client.

  • Licensing/Certification : Handle applications and renewals for licensing and certification.

  • Certificate of Insurance : Review, cancel, and approve all Certificates of Insurance.

  • Provide general administrative support.

  • Reconciling and processing expense reports.

  • Organizing bi-weekly project meetings and taking meeting notes.

  • Assisting with safety protocols with the Safety Manager/HR.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience 5+ years of equivalent experience in project administration.

  • Industry Experience : Experience in professional services or construction services is desired.

  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to invoicing/billing systems.

  • Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Independence and Collaboration : Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
