Kelly Services Inside Sales/Lead Generation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Kelly Services is currently seeking an Inside Sales/Lead Generator in our Wisconsin market. Individual can reside in either Green Bay, Appleton, Milwaukee, or Racine.
PURPOSE: This position cultivates new business by cold calling, email prospecting (campaigns), and job site prospecting to identify sources of need. This position will cover a specified geographic area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Call new leads derived from lists, job sites and email campaign programs.
Answer calls that come into Kelly Services via the Business Development inquiry line.
Follow up with previously qualified leads that present potential future opportunity.
Use phone email and LinkedIn to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments as needed.
Conduct initial qualification of leads based on phone prescreen
Set appointments for Branch Managers or Sr. Leadership for product and program selection
Quote and solidify small account business
Create small business contracts for Branch Manager review and prospects
Execute on created email campaigns
o Assist in creating of email campaigns
Use Salesforce.com to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the area
Provide competitive or market intel as collected that could be helpful in our overall business
Achieve necessary -contact- metrics to achieve required scheduled appointments for Branch Managers and new orders.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call
Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly
Fast learner who can adapt to change
Problem solver; must always be part of the solution
Creative and capable of recommending and/or executing new prospecting ideas
Experience in the use of social media for business
