Job Description
Kelly Services has multiple immediate openings for all shifts in Mount Pleasant, MI. This is a temp to hire position with the possibility of getting hired in after 90 days, once hired in you will receive a $1 dollar pay raise. Pay rates start at $12/hr. for 1st shift and $12.40/hr. for 2nd/3rd. Working overtime is required for this position (OT can be designated on weekends and/or working 12 hour shifts)

1st Shift:7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor manufacturing equipment running production requirements
Perform hourly checks to verify part conformance
Complete required documentation, including but not limited to logsheets, move tickets, etc.
Alert department manager or quality personnel if parts are not conforming
Perform required equipment maintenance
Maintain clean work environment
Requirements
Skills Required:
Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
Aptitude for mechanical concepts
Ability to use checking gages/equipment
Basic math skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
