Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19-$24/hr – based off of experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm

What’s a typical day as a Conference Center & Administrative Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Performing scheduling and event organization to ensure participant satisfaction and business objectives are met

• Coordinating meetings and managing calendars

• Planning events within financial and time constraints

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, report preparation, and maintaining policies and procedures

• Providing exceptional customer care and acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Have 2-5 years of experience in event coordination and administrative support

• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Have a Bachelor's degree

• Are highly organized and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
