Kelly Services Customer Service/Admin Support in Oakville, Canada

Kelly Services has a customer located in Oakville who is looking for a Customer Service Representative who has good verbal and written communication skills, who will provide customers with product information, provide quotes to customers, handle customer complaints and enter orders.


  • Processing customers orders via phone, email, fax, internet

  • Provide excellent cusotmer care to all inquiries

  • Ensure follow ups and follow throughs are completed

  • Following company processes and policies

  • Accurately entering information into SAP system

  • Aility to work well in a team environment


  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Strong team player

  • Excellent computer skills


  • 2 Month Assignment-could go longer

  • Work for a fantastic company in Oakville

  • Work 8:00am to 4pm - Monday to Friday
