Kelly is seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator for an immediate opening in Ocean Springs, Apply today!

Provide basic Human Resource generalist support to a division, department, or company. Implement human resource solutions that will promote the strategic direction of the business. This may include involvement in the areas of employment, employee relations, employee development, training, human resource planning, performance management and compensation. Coordinate the activities of support and/or specialist groups as necessary. Consults with Manager on more complex HR issues/projects.

-Responsibilities: ·

Assist with time clock functionality accuracy, entering hours, and tracking PTO hours ·

Assist in Investigating and resolving time discrepancies with applicable manager ·

Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees (salary and hourly) ·

Assist in preparing reports for Management upon request ·

Ensure employee files are accurate - Help transition to electronic files ·

Assist to reinforce the Company Open Door Program in all employee relations matters ·

Assist in establishing and maintaining OSHA standards ·

Conduct New Hire Orientations/Paperwork ·

Prepare approved policy changes ·

Work with Regulatory Affairs Department on creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Training ·

Manage/update Training Manual ·

Recruit candidates for open positions and work with Management to fill positions ·

Create, modify, and revise forms as applicable ·

Introduce eligible employees to company-s medical/dental/vision/life plan ·

Track benefit eligibility and enter data into insurance portal ·

Any other duties assigned by Manager

-Qualifications and Experience Needed:

Associate Degree or two years Human Resource experience

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Experience in Payroll/Accounting helpful but not necessary

Motivated self-starter, ability to see projects through to completion

Ability to project positive company image

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail; organizational skills

Adaptability and versatility in a dynamic environment

Ability to effectively work in a team environment while maintaining group morale and mutual respect

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Other duties which may be reasonably required from time to time by company managers, including delegated duties during the absence of colleagues.
