Kelly Engineering is currently seeking an experienced MRO Inventory Coordinator in Orange, Texas ! The MRO Inventory Coordinator role is responsible for managing MRO (spare parts) inventory at a plant site level. This role works directly with our vendors to obtain appropriate quotes for parts as well as delivery and repair information. This role also works with the maintenance organization on restocking materials and/or adding new material into inventory.

Duties outlined below are included (but not limited to) the role of the MRO Inventory Coordinator:

• Analyze, establish, and manage MRO inventory levels.

• Maintain MRO inventory records.

• Execute order recommendation process.

• Handle reservations and backorders for MRO inventory items.

• Set up new items in inventory.

• Monitor supplier performance regarding timelines and completeness of deliveries.

• Apply global MRO work processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of related experience

• Familiaity with MS Office and SAP

• The ability to work within a team environment
