What’s a typical day as Shuttle Cart Driver? You’ll be:

  • Effectively, efficiently, and safely transport facility/site visitors and customers using the shuttle.

  • Interact with other team members in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain clean and orderly shuttle cart.

  • Immediately report any equipment issues to account manager/guest service manager

  • Observe and champion all safety protocols.

  • Keep all maintenance and safety logs up to date.

  • Complete required training modules in a timely manner

  • Keep valet / shuttle staging area clean and professional.

  • Maintain a high level of communication and service for all guests and clients.

  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve guest issues proactively or in a timely manner.

  • Able to meet PMC grooming and uniform requirements.

  • Effectively uses safety precautions to eliminate potential injuries and vehicle accidents from occurring.

  • Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a HS Diploma or GED.

  • Current drivers license with clean driving record.

  • Have a reliable work history with reasonable short-term movement between employers.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, handle stress and deliver on daily goals.

  • Possess strong communication skills, adaptable changing needs of the position.

  • Have attention to detail.

  • Ability to drive a golf cart or shuttle in a safe manner.

  • Ability to pass motor vehicle record and background screening requirements.

  • Clean cut, professional, uniform appearance

  • Enjoy interacting with the public, freely offering assistance.

  • Working outside regardless of weather conditions

  • Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending and standing throughout shift as needed.

  • Ability to work with teammates to ensure site customer service levels are met on a consistent basis.

  • At least 18 years old.
