Kelly Services Customer Service Department Lead in Reno, Nevada

Job Description

Maintain department cleanliness and efficiencies while working with Customer Service Representatives and Inventory Control Administrator to ensure department accuracies.

Communicate with Management and other Leads as necessary to promote company-wide efficiencies and accuracy.

Communicate with customers regarding orders, special projects, inventory and the like.

Assist Customer Service Representatives and Inventory Control Administrator as needed - key orders, print orders, check orders, deliver to warehouse.

Order office supplies as needed.

Maintain office and warehouse procedures.

Responsible for posting all final receipts regarding in bounds, returns, adjustments - includes checking accuracy of product, quantity, customer rates and notations.

Establish and maintain new customers and corresponding product line - assist established customers as needed.

Responsible for year end filing of all orders and receipts documents, maintaining phone calls into the company, and similar department tasks
