• Creating purchase orders following corporate policies and procedures

• Working with vendors to resolve payment issues and assist in the recovery of funds

• Utilizing accounting software programs like Omniflow, PeopleSoft, and SAP to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have knowledge of standard accounting principles

• Possess strong attention to detail (critical for this role)

• Have experience with Omniflow and other accounting software programs (preferred but not required)

• Are able to learn new software systems like PeopleSoft or SAP

• Are a proactive self-starter who understands processes

• Have a high school diploma or associate degree (preferred)
