As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating all machinery and equipment associated with assigned manufacturing operations. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Salary /Schedule

• Monday through Friday -2:00 PM to 10:30 pm (OT may be required)$20.40 per hour

What is a typical day as a Machine Operator:

• Report any deficiency of ingredients or issues with the line

• Ensure the quality and safety of the product and maintain high efficiency for the line

• Accurately complete pre-op inspections, quality and safety check points

• Complete safety work orders when appropriate

• Participate in safety initiatives, committees, and teams

• Never take shortcuts or use improper tools/equipment that could compromise safety

• Adhere to all Food Safety/Quality SOPs and accurately complete required Food Safety & Quality records

• Enter transactions into SAP accurately and timely

• Practice GMPS

Qualifications & Skills :

• Organizational skills & excellent communication skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job

• Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions

• Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely

• Ability to strive for excellence in all areas; focus on effective internal and external customer-supplier relationships

• Previous work experience within a food manufacturing and distribution environment

• Basic computer experience
