What’s a typical day as a Blow Mold Process Technician? You’ll be:

• Interacting with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Utilizing process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures.

• Maximizing performance of blow mold equipment by troubleshooting equipment problems, making changes, and improving blow mold equipment.

• Reading blueprints and technical manuals.

• Assisting with efficient equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production needs.

• Utilizing production output and equipment downtime data to make changes and improve blow mold results.

• Utilizing preventative maintenance program to maintain and prevent failure of equipment.

• Producing quality product through tight monitoring of process, raw materials, and finished products.

• Preserving blow mold equipment through proper cleaning.

• Recording, documenting, and reporting various data.

• Providing support and assistance to all locations for plant projects and plant start-ups.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in blow mold processes and equipment.

• Are able to read blueprints and technical manuals.

• Possess strong troubleshooting skills.

• Have a keen eye for detail and can monitor process, raw materials, and finished products.

• Are able to work on a 12-hour rotating shift (6am-6pm) with 4 days on shift and 3 days off, then 3 days on and 4 days off.

• Have steel-toed boots for PPE.
