What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Collaborating with production employees, QA, and other maintenance technicians to improve and maximize plant output, efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Utilizing process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures to optimize machinery performance and troubleshoot equipment problems.

• Reading blueprints and technical manuals to effectively maintain and repair plant equipment.

• Assisting with efficient equipment changes and mold changes to accommodate production needs.

• Implementing a preventative maintenance program to ensure the longevity and reliability of equipment.

• Monitoring processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure the production of high-quality goods.

• Maintaining plant equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.

• Recording, documenting, and reporting various data related to maintenance activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have 1-3 years of related experience in maintenance or a similar field.

• Possess good manual dexterity and concentration to perform intricate tasks.

• Can stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are comfortable working in manufacturing conditions, including small/confined spaces.

• Have the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
