Product Manager

Kelly Services is looking for a dynamic, success driven and entrepreneurial Product Manager for 3rd party PCIe adapters NICs, CNAs, and HBAs for datacenter rack servers. The ideal candidate will have technical depth and business acumen. Seeking candidates in the San Jose area. This is a 12-month position through Kelly Services onsite at Cisco.

In this role the Product Manager will:

  • You will perform business and product planning, define product requirements, drive and articulate value of product line to key audiences, including customers and strategic partners.

  • You will develop product position and competitive analysis and will manage cross-functional relationships for the development of new products - including working with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and sales to bring products to market.

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Product Manager:

  • Experience working and managing external vendors relationship is highly beneficial.

  • 5+ years in product/technology engineering and marketing with demonstrable success creating thought leadership in the rack server environment.

  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.

  • Strong strategy, analytic, and messaging skills as well as ability to effectively engage and influence customer and internal BU decision makers.

Education/Experience Required

  • Requires B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field. MBA is desirable.
