Sales Operations Specialist

Monday-Friday 8-AM- 5PM

Onsite in San Jose, CA

Contracting through End of Year!

$27.00-$29.00/HR- DOE

The Sales Administration & Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate fulfillment of customer entitlements and orders of new and existing customer accounts. This position will work cross functionally with other departments to ensure that customer accounts are provisioned accurately and timely and meet the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate fulfillment of new and existing customer entitlements and orders

• Partner with cross functional teams such as sales operations, support or finance to ensure customer accounts are provisioned according to contract terms

• Partner with direct and channel sales teams to expedite provisioning requests and resolve customer issues

• Troubleshoot and resolves technical issues related to provisioning

• Regularly assist with audits of existing entitlements for accuracy

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in provisioning, Entitlement/Licensing, order management, sales operations, customer support or related experience

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a variety of functions across the organization

• Ability to maintain provisioning SLAs and provide the highest level of customer service

• Highly detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills

• Must be self-motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and processes

• Identify and contribute ideas for process improvement opportunities as it relates to provisioning

• Prior experience with business applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc. is desired
