Kelly Services Order to Cash Representative in Santa Clara, California
Our client, an American biotechnology product development company, is currently seeking an Order to Cash Representative for a 7 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Santa Clara, CA

The hours and pay for this position are as follows:
The hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday\t
The pay rate for this position is up to $26.26 per hour W2
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Review and process incoming purchase order against Quote, business rules and revenue policies\t
Research and update customer records\t
Enter Sales Orders\t
Monitor progress of an order throughout the shipment and billing process\t
Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash\t
Contribute ideas on making process improvements\t
Proactively address any potential order/quote issues\t
Generate and send invoices to customers and sales rep\t
Resolve any billing discrepancies\t
Strong Cash Collection. Proactively inform management of any risk to cash collections\t
Responsible for timely collection of receivables\t
Apply cash (back-up)\t
Provide timely and thorough communication to all customers\t
Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities\t
Support AR Accounting and monthly Close related functions
Requires a two (2) year degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of Order Management, Accounts Receivable and Billing experience. Must have strong problem solving, organization, and analytical skills. Must be able to multi-task and handle high volume of transactions in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment with limited supervision. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Must be able to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines. Must be a team player, yet can work independently.
