Our In-House Temporary RPO Sales Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full cycle recruiting for sales professionals for KellyOCG clients.

• Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.

• Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.

Essential Skills:

• Must have sales recruiting experience.

• Experience with and ability to find & attract passive talent.

• Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.

Position is a fully virtual in-house temporary contract opportunity.

Hourly rate - $30 to $36 per hour.
