Our Sr. Accounting Analyst is accountable for:

• Performing accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely accounting close cycles and provide detail support to the accounting managers and director

• Acting as point of contact in collaboration with Business Unit Finance, Corporate Budgets and other departments within Kelly Services

• Maintain Rebate System and accounting, which includes Revenue Recognition process

• Preparing entries and account reconciliations that require applying judgment, performing analytical procedures and identifying/resolving issues

• Interacting with Internal Audit and PwC, our external audit firm, related to work performed

• Assisting in providing data and/or preparing footnotes and various disclosures for SEC reporting

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred

• Strong PC skills including Excel spreadsheet knowledge

• Ability to multitask and maintain organization when faced with several responsibilities

• Analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

Seeking 5+ years general accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior analyst role.
