Location: Home based with regular Travel to, Sunbury-on-Thames
Kelly Group is a global leader in Recruitment Managed Services and Recruitment Process Outsourcing, we are seeking an experienced Director/Strategic Lead with a strong Recruitment background based in Europe. The position will be working remotely from home with extensive travel across Europe. The candidate must be driven, innovative, results-oriented, and possess a strategic thought process with a demonstrable record of delivering results.
Although managing the entire service delivery team for this key account, it is also a client-facing role that has overall responsibility and accountability for both operational excellence and account management/revenue growth within a large, strategic GTS account. You will be running one of our largest and most complex, with multi-point solutions that span across the Americas and/or the globe.
This position has P&L and overall service delivery responsibility, serving as the single point of contact for the client accountable for delivering an integrated solution. Additionally, the position is responsible for ensuring teams across various disciplines within AMER, EMEA and APAC understand and can execute processes, procedures, and policies which are aligned with the operating and service level agreements to the client. Must utilize and represent the voice of the customer data to drive improvements throughout the entire operation. This role has direct responsibility for leading a team of Integrated Operations Managers.
Skills and Experience Required:
Extensive experience in the recruitment of staffing industry in a senior management/leadership role.
You will need to demonstrate a high level of progressive operations and account management experience
Understanding of entire Talent Supply Chain.
Excellent Director level leadership skills.
Strong problem solver, analytical thinker and decision maker.
Proven ability to effectively influence senior level leaders both internally and externally.
Strong financial knowledge with the ability to understand influences on profitability.
Ability to balance client demands with internal capabilities/profitability.
Must be able to strategically lead in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
